I admire your aggressiveness to solve the problem, but sometimes throwing in parts that are not needed usually leads to wasted $$$ and frustration. Did you check fuel pressure? Your pump may not be working for several reasons and not providing fuel. If you have fuel at the rail, Try starting it with the pedal down to bypass the IAC(Idle Air control Motor). There could be several reason why it won't start, but fuel, air & spark are easy to test without spending much $$$.

NEVER replace a part till you know the problem. Don't think fuel pressure would affect spark. Does the car have a distributor or is it electronic spark control ?? You must start at the end ( spark plugs ) and work back. the first thing you come to is the distributor. Something has to tell each plug to fire.Either a rotor or an electronic device. Keep moving up the line till the problem is found. Check carefully for loose wires, get an ohmmeter and check for wires that may be broken inside the insulation. Are the coils connected correctly ? What was happening before the car quit running? Diagnostics is the thing. Hard to solve electrical problems without hands on. NEVER replace etc.
Spark plugs and plug wires will cause mis fire but won't keep the engine from starting, has to be something that affects the whole system.

You should have checked the 12 volt supply wire going to the module. If thats ok then ck grd to it. Then if it refuses to fire ,you need to have someone scan it to see if the computer is alive and functioning. There should be rpm`s indicated on the scan tool if the crank sensor signal is being picked up by ign module and sent to PCM. If there are codes stored they need to be diagnoised to.
