In this martial art demonstration 2 girls (about 110-130 pounds) jump on a guys stomach from a chair.
How can he take that?

It probably hurts a little.
He has a strong stomach and they weigh like half what he does. Looked like he was enjoying the attention too.
I think Houdinni died when somebody rammed his belly with a telephone pole.

It would seem as if he followed the instructions that was laid out. Tighten stomach muscles before impact and breath out on impact. Personally I think the guy got a kick (pun intended) out of looking up the girls skirts as they jumped on his abdomen. There probably was some pain but not to the point as to incapacitate him.
