Well number one you have to be pretty good. but if you think your good enough to play make a film of highlights of yourself playing and send it to colleges you think would be succesful also ask your coach what colleges he thinks you could play for...or walk on and work hard and get a scholarship

TRY OUT! Pure and simply TRYING OUT for the team. GO for it kid! Only the space between your ears determines whether you make the team, and how far you go from there. IF you are a male.
