People I've spoken to who've seen ghosts have all described the ghost as being completely oblivious to them. Do you think a ghost could notice and interact with you?

a ghost that can interact with the living is called an intelligent haunting and yes they do exist.
I've heard stories of ghosts asking the living owners to "Get Out" or say "Help me"
I read one encounter where a person was knocking on the door of a house waiting on the owner when a female voice said "Just a second, I'll be right there" just as the owners of the house pulled into the driveway. (the voice was coming from the empty house).
So yes ghosts can interact with the living, but i think its very limited.

1.) Most likely, the dream events have gotten into your head, making yourself hear that voice from your imagination. 2.) That or the dream was a coincidence to some real-life event that really happened similar to the events in the movie. If it was 2, then someone linked to those events talked to you. But having a dream like that is a very rare occurrence and maybe it really is a ghost involved in the events in your dreams.

Defenatly. there are recorded cases of that all the time. Mostly would depend on the ghost.

once, on tv, a ghost possesed a guy, and was answering questions that was being asked by this lady. and i yes, i think. i saw the iteractions of ghosts and humans on television

No, the people you talk to are freaks who think they see ghosts because they're trying to fill the hole that was left in them when they found out nobody likes them. Harsh.

i knew a woman who claimed to be having sex with a ghost.she was tested and given a polygraph and no one could prove that she wasnt getting serviced by a ghost.but i guess what ever you believe can become your reality.

yes, definatly. if they do notice you, (which if it is a mean tempered one, you dont want that) they can physically push and shove you, they can blow in your ear and can touch you.
