The Boogeyman is Marty Wright from Tough Enough - the 40-year-old guy who got kicked out for lying about his age. So, to answer your question, he's black. The face paint really makes it hard to determine his skin colour.

i use 2 think he waz white but now if u look at him he looks black
i think they changed the boogey man bc b4 he left he was definatly white now dat hes come bac he looks darked so they changed him (da 1st 1 probably couldnt stand da worms anymore)
