I don't think anyone has a problem with ALL Nigerian people.I'm sure they're just like everyone else.Now the 419ers are a different story.Nigeria is the birthplace of the sleaziest Internet scamming there is.The Nigerian government has assigned the number 419 to the offense for advance fee scams.

Nothing at all. Every day I get a lovely email from a Nigerian informing me that I have the lottery and I need to send them my bank details so I send them my back details and I never see the money. My bank account has been cleaned out a few times though. (that's a joke by the way)

There's nothing wrong with Nigerians.

They have a bad reputation in the Internet community because of a bunch of e-mails, many of which originated from Nigeria, which asked people to send money in exchange for unlocking funds overseas. It was a scam of course, and some people lost a lot of money. It's known as a 419 scam, because of the article in the Nigerian civil code describing the offense. (do a google search for 419 for more detail).
Most Nigerians, like most people, are fine and decent, however.

There is always some good and some bad in every group. I have plenty of Nigerian friends and they have beautiful personalities. But SOME feel like they are superior to African Americans and have expressed it openly. But as a whole I love their culture, music and people. Why do you ask?
