What exactly is your question? Did u mean that u have taken out the RAM from you PC or U have delete some files from the harddisk? If u have deleted some files, u could go to the trash bin and restore it or u could use a third party software to recover it.

First: Check your task bar, if there are a lot of programs in RAM, right click on the ones you're done with and click 'close' to free up more RAM.
Second: Install more RAM chips or a Memory card.
ps: I suspect you just need to free-up the RAM by above method.

do u mean restore your files? if so your computer should have a System restore program that was bulit in, unless u turned it off
