In America, the 1982 Hunchback with Anthony Hopkins, Derek Jacobi, Gerry Sundquist, and Tim Pigott-Smith was only released on VHS. It's available at Amazon.com.
In Britain it was released on DVD and someone is selling a used copy for £9.13:
