Is the tv cable the same as the cable you connect to your router?

The look exactly the same and the cable fits on the router. Would I be able to unplug the cable from my tv and put it on a router and get internet when I connect it??

the tv cable is called coaxial cable and the other one is called utp cable (2 names meand different cables .)
first has 2 wires and the second .. i think it has 8

min appears the same - but may have a different connection in the cable box on the house
