It would depend on the brand and type of tea or coffee. I would generally go for coffee as a hot drink, or tea as an iced drink.

Coffee or tea
you do know most teas have about the same amount of caffeine as coffee..
they both have their own place.
but i drink coffee to wake up in the morning and maybe one cup of coffee mid morning to get going again
but tea in the evening, is what I like
