a race that can speak and learn languages easily..whether it's english, deutsch, mandarin.. what race has the ability to learn and speak different languages easily/without exerting that much effort compared to others..?

Actually, the tongue is the strongest muscle in the body and each and every person, regardless of race, has the maximum flexibility of that muscle so long as they use it. Learning languages has more to do with HEARING than it does with the tongue. Age has more to do with the ease of learning a new language than anything else. Children under the age of 4 can learn 10 or more languages AT ONCE. Teenagers can learn 2 to 3 at one time. Adults are hard pressed to learn more than one at a given time.

You cannot judge a person' ability based on race. Learning a language is based on exposure and how hard you work at learning a language. Age is also a factor when it comes to learning languages. Childhood is the age to learn languages and they have the ability to pick up foreign languages faster than adults do.

learning language has nothing to do with the tongue
anyone who makes effort can learn a language
if you want to fluently learn a language you should start to speak it before you are 8 or you might never be 100% fluent
