Burt's Bees lip shimmer in raisin- $4 build-able rose with very subtle shimmer, compliments ALL skin tones and hair colors/ moisturizing and refreshing (minty tingle)/ earth friendly packaging and product/ moist, dewy finish and feel

Go for warm chestnut and chocolates eye makeup (mascara, shadow, etc.) It really warms up light skin and golden blonde hair, plus, black in my opinions would be too dramatic and striking for your light skin and hair (unless you like that better) But even with a smokey eye, use a deep brown instead of black.

Powder cosmetics last longer on oily skin. If you still like a dewy finish, using makeup with very very subtle shimmer or light reflecting particles (shimmer anyways) will give a dewy sheen.

Highlighter on top of cheekbones can really give a fresh moist look and it will definitely define you cheeks if they are more flat. A pinky-rose blush used in a sheer way will also give a fresh healthy flush. Highlighter alone is still a great way to look awake and refreshed in less than a minute.

Hi. I think shimmery golden brown shadow but the very best is plum, purple. Clinique at the finer dept stores have the best colors. Try it all, just wouldnt go with blues. Maybe a bright teal or aqua for fun but deffinently with a brown or plum shadow to tone it down. You are blonde though so blues might work. Mascara mascara mascara--- L'oreal Voluminous or origins. I found that using astringent (Ponds or Proactive) along with moisturizer ( oil of olay!!!!!! isnt greasy!!) helps keep my skin balanced and apply foundation powder and eye shadow with makeup brushes. I love L'oreal!, They're airwear line is awesome and now comes with spf protection. Clinique and MAC have the best powder found. but are more spendy.

Go to a mall and go to a cosmetic counter. They usually do free makeovers and recommend what colors would be appropriate for your complexion, hair color, etc.
