If circumcision has so many health benefits, then how come the American Association of Pediatrics (AAP), which is the main government funded pediatric organization in the US, says that there is no benefit to circumcision???? Dp mothers with no medical degree think they know better than the experts????

well for me the fuss was the result of 3 skin bridges that i had to have surgically removed at the cost of a few thousand dollars which the insurance company refused to pay claiming that they wernt life threatoning even though it made sex impossible.

There aren't really any benefits. Most countries do not circumcise their children at birth. Main difference is teaching the child to keep it clean under the skin. Which we should teach our children good hygiene anyway.

There aren't really any health benefits other than it's easier to keep clean (hygiene purposes). Of course, all a guy's got to do is clean underneath the skin. *shrugs* Plus, a LOT of guys believe that it's a barbaric process. They consider it self-mutilation.

Only americans and jews practise male genital mutilation

female mutilation is banned almost everywhere and male mutilation is banned in most places.

why would any parent remove 40% of a childs errogeneos tissue?

in europe, less than 5% of males are circumsized

I did not realize this was a big issue. I have seen lots of guys both ways and I don't understand what all the fuss is about. Both are fun and work fine.
