That would be Kramer, and Jerry thought his name was Kessler in the first episode. Of course the character Kramer is based on Larry David's real life friend , neighbor and fellow comedian Kenny Kramer. Kenny runs the Kramer Reality Tour bus tour in NYC.

It was Kramer I'm sure, because Kramer wasn't named Kramer in the pilot for some reason.
