1) Bring all carbon dioxide producing systems under proper control. Regulate the carbon dioxide generation by all such systems so as to curb fanciful use of such systems, and allow only the necessary.

The United Nations can impose limits of total CO2 release by all systems in a country that can be allowed, can creat a technologically competent controlling and governing apparatus
for this.

2) War footing plantation drives. Cover the entire globe with trees and forests. Not with any kind of green shrub, that is handy, but botanically designed forests with eco-balance. It is not difficult., if all the Govennemts give this action a serious priority. And also, not so expensive as it may look, if the various populaces over the globe accept it with heart.

Forests are commercially exploitable systems. Let big investers cultivate forests on all the waste lands of all the Governments and be allowed to ripe the harvests in future.

All religions have given importance to trees. Design psychological projects of making all religious leaders to highlight and give emphasis to all the rituals related to trees.

Redefine uses of lands and make suitable legislations. I will put it roughly in this way. " Any piece of land which is not already used for dwelling, agriculture, industry, water reserves or throughfare, and is not privately owned, is open for any individual to plant trees and ripe the harvests thereof."

3) Concentrate more on developing technology for mass scrubbing of CO2. Both mega systems and micro systems.

First of all, even if global warming is occurring, then why do we think it is people who do it? Hasn't the Earth's climate changed before? Why can't it change now? Isn't it always changing? Isn't the land always moving with the tectonic plates? I guess people think that since the climate is changing, blame people. The atmosphere has 21% oxygen, about 1% Carbon Dioxide, and 78 % Nitrogen. (I am not sure the exact on this) Before our time, it use to be Carbon dioxide that was dominant.
And last, if there was global warming, why are there record lows for temperature still occurring?
So, there is global warming. But are we the cause?

The only way I could think of that is logical and plausible is through extreme world wide awareness about the consciences of global warming and the benefits of doing the right thing to reverse the effects. But I think in just a few years time, new technologies could offer to reverse the effects. Cars are now being developed and used. New ways of harnessing power for electricity is being used today in some parts of the world. Sooner of later the rest of the world will catch up. The planet is a living thing, capable of repairing the damages we made, the beauty of it. However abusing it to long, the effects can be catastrophic.

You cannot control nature and so you cannot control the natural process of global warming but surely we humans have a very big hand in present rise in temperature and we can control it. Yes, global warming is a natural phenemenon and it takes place every few thousand of years with minor warming and cooling in between. We are presently passing through the natural global warming phase but due to over exploitation of natural resources, burning of fossil fuel, our non sustainable way of living we have increased the rate of rise in temperature. Due to this rise which is more than normal many species will be wiped out to extinction and climatic changes will also effect economy of many developing and under developed countries. Most important point here is what can we do to control this rise in temperature. 1- Adopt sustainable way of living. 2- Use fossil fuel only when necessary. 3- Stop all wastage. 4- Try to Reuse when ever possible. 5- Save our natural heritage especially forests. They are green cover of our mother earth and keep temperature under control.

Send Al Gore on a never-ending "stop global warming" tour. Every time he gives a speech on global warming, the weather turns unusually cold and wet. Undoubtedly a right-wing conspiracy... :-o
