No it isn't good at all. you are making the pimple worse. the best thing you could do is clean your skin with some Neutrogena each night before going to bed, and do not wear the makeup till the acne clears up.... I hope this helps

You might want to just put liquid makeup or cover-up around the pimple, to cover the redness, but leave the pimple itself free so it can dry out. Drying it out is the key thing here -- if you notice one at night, dab a bit of tooth paste on it and it will have shrunk considerably by morning. Another tried and true remedy is to take a chunk of pineapple and place it on the pimple for awhile -- it'll take the swelling down a lot!

It's worth a shot. Ask your doctor how to get rid of the pimple first.

Some make-up can make you break out. If you put it on your pimples, though, it is just putting it in an open pore.

There are some cover-ups that have salicylic acid in them. I have used one by Almay. It helps heal the blemish while giving some mild coverage. I hope this helps!
Most make-up lines have some sort of "clear skin" line. These lines are usually formulated for problem skin. I'm sure you can find something in your local drugstore.
