You can not calm chaos. You can only free it to let order creep into the very heart of you. If you have read Hamlet then you know exactly of what I speak. "To be or not to be...."

I start talking to God in my head...I say the Lord's prayer and if my inner chaotic thoughts keep trying to intrude, I start over...and I pray to Him to help me and whoever or whatever is bothering me enough to cause chaos in my head...I hope this helps...take care & peace...

I figure it's better to keep my chaos inside than to let it out...so i just leave it alone. (It's a little riled right now, so i certainly don't to annoy it any more.)

if u mean to relieve stress, then learn to knit. i am not joking. it really helps. ever since i learned to knit it relaxes and calms you. u begin to think more about what you do and why. it even relaxes you when you aren't doing it. try it, it really helps. also pray and smile.

don't ever frown
because you never know
who might be in love with
your smile :)

Chaos is external, not internal. You have been absorbing chaos, it was never 'inside' you to begin with. You are inviting chaos to dwell inside you....
