(UNOS) - Fatty acids don't have a length limitation, but glycerol is a 3 carbon molecule!!!

(DUOS) - Glycerol is an ALCOHOL, whereas fatty acids are ACIDS!

(TRES) - Glycerol is fully saturated, whereas fatty acids can be saturated, monounsaturated, or polyunsaturated!
