im 12 and im looking for drama classes in the burnaby area ( shadbolts centre would be great) and not only do i need help finding classes, I need help on finding good books on how to act.
any advise would be great too!

I recommend going to the library and asking the Librarian. They have all kinds of rescources. Believe me, you won't regret it. And plus the books are free to borrow (if you are planning to buy books it's better to preview them through the library before buying).

Books will not help. The only way to learn to act is to act! Look in your phone book for drama schools, dance schools (many offer acting classes), and community theaters. Also, if you look at the professional theaters in your area, many of them offer acting classes.
