Movies 1 and 2 are out. They are subbed though. Movie 3 is not out yet.

Naruto movies don't come out in English. The closest is the subbed version which can be found here...

Since the first movie features Naruto and his new trademark technique, there won't be any plans to dub the movie until a sufficient amount of eppies are covered (arround 40 more)

The English movie hasn't come out yet. I say they may bring it out sometime next year. Don't quote me, but there's a strong possibility, depending on Viz's next move.
