The best way is to go to a specialist bra store and try and try them on until you find the one for you. There is nothing worse than putting up with an uncomfortable bra.

They did this on Oprah two weeks ago.
Experts showed the correct way to measure for a bra....
They took a measuring tape and placed it around the person and under her boobs,( on the upper most stomach area next to the boobs) They did not measure from nipple to nipple like they use to say was the correct way for decades.... Oprah said she dropped a bra size or two, but found the correct one and it was so comfortable she couldn't tell she had one on! How's that for size? The stores will allow you to try them on...Some don't allow you to bring them back...Check with policy of store.

Yes, you can try them on at the store. There is usually a dressing room right in the lingerie department. If there is a sales girl available, she can help you with your measurments so that you get the correct size. In case there is not a clerk available, you should have a pretty good idea what size you need.

Check out this like from JCPenny's you should be able to findout everything you need.
