Wow. I personally don't think there is a particular word which everyone in the world would consider as the most disgusting. It's a cultural thing and what may be disgusting for one may not even be an existing concept for another. But, personally, I think that rude words which demean people (stupid, fat, ugly) are all in the same category. It's disgusting to call a human fellow being that because it truly violates another person and the one more dehumanized is the one saying it. So I think that those words are truly disgusting because it takes away a lot of respect.

'C.unt' - its pretty nasty, makes me feel all akward when someone says it, especially if there are girls around. I put the fullstop in the word because yahoo sensors swear words :o)
