I have just watched the film "The Wind Talkers" on channel Five. It was about the code used by the Navajo Indians during the war. This code was never broken. The Indians were never honoured for their contribution until quite recently, hence the making of the film.I suppose the USA didn`t release that information, in case they wanted to do the same again.

The Allies used the Navaho language as a radio code. The film 'Windtalkers' was made about it. More at the link below.

The movie is called Wind talkers. Indian translaters. Navajo was the code that wasn't broken.

I assume the question refers to the so called Code Talkers using the Native American language of the Navajo Indians. I suppose they sent coded messages as well as spoke it in their language. Just using their language shouldn't really qualify as a code.
I believe the movie was called Code Talkers, but I never saw it.

The Navajo native speakers were able to retain the integrity of their code, but there were other codes as well, that were never broken and to this day have not been broken. You don't hear much about them, because they are still used on occasion.
