You would multiply 2 by 100 to make it a per cent so it would be 200%. If the number was .2, you multiply that by 100 and you would get 20%. If the number was .02, you x 100 = 2%.
If the number was 1/4, you still multiply by 100, and get 100/4 which would be 25%.
I hope this helps.

Depends. A percent of what other number? The commonest way is to divide the smaller number by the larger number, then multiply by 10. So if you want 2% of 60, for example, you would divide 2 by 60 = .3333333 then multiple by 10 = 3.33 or 3.33%. To finish, round up or down depending on whether the product after the decimal point rounds to above or below 5.

2 out of how much?
If its 2 out of 100, then do 2/100
If its 2 out of 78 then do 2/78
etc.
I recommend you use a calculator (easier).
The result will probably have more than just 2 places after the decimal, so if you get something like say, 0.673892 round it to the first two = 67%

If it's 2 out of 100, that'd be 2%
If it's 2 out of 50, that'd be 4%
Basicly you divide the number by the whole amount (2 divided by 50 is 0.04, which is 4%)
