Initially, Aristotle was a pupil of Plato who was a pupil of Socrates!
Thus, there should be some progress and connection between them; of course they are all great an well known, since they developed their own philosophies!
The distinction between Socrates and Plato is difficult to determine, since most about Socrates has reached us through Plato.
Socrates was superb in dialogs, he defined the logic of definitions; in other words to know the meaning of the names/ words. Also, he introduced to philosophy the induction method. Also, he proclaimed people know and teacher's reasoning is to assist the pupil to surface this knowledge.
Plato formed the first "University" short of speak, the Academia!
Plato defined the ideals and the world of ideals.
Aristotle, has been the first scientist, while he wrote a full library for his and our times, with his over 300 works. He claimed that the ideals exist and we should try to go to them, although we would never reach them!

I'm sorry, but the question you've asked is way to vast to answer here.

There entire schools of thought dedicated to each of these great minds. A thesis paper of 10 pages wouldn't hardly breathe on the scope of your question.

Try narrowing it down a bit.

The differences betwen Plato and Aristotle alone have predicated the cultural and ethical responsibilities for western civilization as we know it!

Yo, they were all very very old men.

No, seriously, do your own homework! Just asking it here and then cutting and pasting someone else's work is called PLAIGARISM, it will get you an "F", and you won't learn the subject if you don't do the reading and think it through for yourself.
