My family is moving to Naples, and we are looking for a nice family neighborhood with low crime. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well I live in Naples and even though people say its not safe I just laugh at them..I had more problems in NYC and Milan than in Naples. Ok so there are problems but they are contained to specific areas of the city. The best places to live are the 'centro storico' but its expensive and parking is a nightmare, other nice areas are Vomero, Chiaia, or out of the city Pozzuoli o Monte Di Procida. Capri and Ischia are problematic because in the winter the sea can get quite rough and the ferries are cancelled then in summer there are many problems. plus you need minimum one hour and a half to get to the city, houses cost 5 times more than in the city etc. Many Americans and Air Force families live in the western area so I'd say go with the Pozzuoli Monte di Procida areas!!!! And enjoy our beautiful city!

Living In Naples Italy

my family lives in naples, and it's not one of the nicest places in italy, i would strongly advise to move to the island of capri, it's very close to naples and it's so beautiful, unlike naples which had crime and is a little dirty in the city areas.
