Perhaps a frequent user system for those who travel a lot. You could offer a discount on their fifth trip, or something like that.
Another idea--offer customers a booklet or guide about local restaurants, events, nightclubs, family activities, sports teams and so on at the beginning of their ride. That way, they could be entertained & keep up with local things to do & events while they ride! Maybe your city's convention & visitors bureau could tell you where to get such a guide.

The usual
Newspaper (give them a right and left one)
Maybe get either Syrius or Xm and give them the menu so they can pick which channel they want. (Just get ready to listen to hard rock for 2 hours)
Offer water & crackers (nothing with nuts as people are allergic)
Also, get to know your customers if you ahve repeat business (keep a book with their likes & dislikes and such)
Maybe keep a pillow handy so they can sleep if they want. (just hand them a clean pillow case with it so they know it is clean.
What you can do is email them in advance and ask them what they want as far as magazine or newspaper or if they have kids or music channel
