I do not think it will beat Titanic. As much as I personally will like Spiderman more than Titanic, I don't think it will beat it. Not everyone is a fan comic book series movies. Titanic has more universal appeal. Young,old,men and woman.

No way! Titanic is an original and Spiderman 3 will be very successful, but once people see it and it will probably not be as popular as the first two, it will not outsell Titanic on DVD, etc.

I highly doubt it. There were movies way more anticipated than the Spiderman movies that didn't beat Titanic. If the 1st and 2nd movies didn't beat it, don't expect the 3rd to do it.

I would bet you all the rice in China. Spider-man 2 already beat Titanic. SM2 reined until Pirates of the Caribbean 2 beat it for first place. So SM3 will definitely break another record.

I dont think so. before I started to write this message I looked at the wratings and it does not look like it will. Titanic is a better known movie only because it has been around longer and is more realistic.

ME i am SO excited for that movie to come out I LOVE SPIDERMAN i mean it i even have a spiderman backpack :D

YES it will!!!!! I went to see Casino Royale today, and they showed a long trailer for Spider-Man 3, and it was freakin AWESOME. In SM3 they are going to show who really killed Peters uncle. He's some super-powerfull-made-of-sand super villain. Plus we FINALLY get to see venom.Tell me that isn't going to be freakin AWESOME. Not to mention another Green Goblin. I am going to see this movie again and again and again when it opens on 5/04/07

it may be good but then it may flop like all the BATMAN sequels
as long as they keep that Tobey guy and he doesn't get all Micheal Keaton on us thinking hes worth more
