My answer would be a time machine, but thats never gonna happen. If someone eventually invented a time machine, where are all the future visitors?

I would like to see people walking into the local supermarket, pick up a box of pills that can cure a number of terminal illnesses just like a box of aspirin or something... would be nice : )

An engine that could break down water into oxygen and hydrogen and then burn it to produce energy and recycle the water again and again. It is possible because hydrogen burns and oxygen supports combustion. I think I'll produce it myself, see you later I've got plenty of work ahead of me. I'll put the oil companies out of business in no time at all....KECK
