People being too politically correct is a major issue. It only dulls our senses to what is really going on and what is dangerous. We are becoming too...."tolerant" of immoral behavior, ruining innocence for our children too soon, allowing poison ideas to run wild in our country....giving too much leniancy to enemies of our ideals. ...etc. It's sick and sad. Probably a side effect from everyone being on LEGAL DRUGS pushed to us like candy from our doctors. It's turning everyone into zombies who think everything is fine and dandy.

Four hours ago I asked virtually the same question, "What is the greatest problem facing humanity today." Except your question could be taken a couple of ways. "Our world" meaning the environment, or "Our world" meaning humanity? In either case its the same answer. Its ourselves.
World Population Growth
Year Population
1 200 million
1000 275 million
1500 450 million
1650 500 million
1750 700 million
1804 1 billion
1850 1.2 billion
1900 1.6 billion
1927 2 billion
1950 2.55 billion
1955 2.8 billion
1960 3 billion
1965 3.3 billion
1970 3.7 billion
1975 4 billion
1980 4.5 billion
1985 4.85 billion
1990 5.3 billion
1995 5.7 billion
1999 6 billion
2000 6.1 billion
2005 6.45 billion
2006 6.5 billion
2010 6.8 billion
2020 7.6 billion
2030 8.2 billion
2040 8.8 billion
2050 9.2 billion
From 1960 to the year 2000 we doubled our population from 3 billion to 6 billion. Everybody knows about the impact we're having on our environment, wiping out forests to harvest the wood, sifting the oceans clean of fish, having practically every single major species in the world fighting for its very existence and yet the disconnect is there. Not one person in 100 can put two and two together. That our planet cannot really sustain another doubling of its population and yet that's where its headed it quick order. The extrapolation above is inaccurate. Someone is assuming that humanity will finally realize that we have to reign in our reproductive tendencies. That our environment can't possibly support billions of more humans massively consuming resources. There is no attempt anywhere in the world for zero population growth except in China because reproduction is considered a basic human right. As long as that's true, we can expect another doubling of our population in another 40 years.

I guess we never will totally fix it but wouldnt it be nice if all those superstars/musicians ect who get paid millions would help out a little more.

religion, cultism, democracy. REALITY.
People should see the world how it really is.
Like an outta control shcizophrenic. With problems.
Plus theres global warming.
We'll see 70% rise in rain, and 482% raise in major disasters then in the last 20 years than in 1 year.

Human willingness to swallow whatever we're told (as long as it's for our own good of course)
How to fix? Start thinking again instead of just jerking knees.

The United States and its hunger for oil and war. Eventually I think it will fix itself by running it's economy into the ground.
