I don't know for positively sure but I think that it is a little more difficult but I do know it is still possible. I had an ectopic pregnancy(which is what you mean) about 22 yrs ago but I was lucky that they didn't have to remove the tube. But I did have severe scar tissue build-up & my doctor told me that it might take a long time to get preg. again. I think it took about 1 & 1/2 yrs. But I got preg. then & had a beautiful baby girl, then 21 months later; I had another one. Beautiful baby girl~that is~not etopic preg.
So don't give up, it may take a little longer but it will happen~if it's meant to be. Best of luck to you~don't give up!! God Bless!

normally most women only ovulate on one side, so if the egg comes from the side without the tube, it may take a bit longer, but you only need one ovary and 1 tube to conceive :) and on average if you conceive (even if you miscarry) it seems to boost fertility for the next few months. it did for me

It is harder, but certainly not impossible. Usually you take turns on which side you ovulate from--thus when you ovulate from the side where you have a good tube, you can become pregnant.
