Decline bench presses, flys and dips. Also regular push ups with feet and hands on level ground. This emulates decline bench presses.

Definately bench presses. Do heavy as you may manage. Do about 3 contraptions of 8, 3/4 days a week. imagine about the muscle tissues you're operating once you're doing them, concentration on the feeling of the rigidity. Do those for 2 years, you should observe respectable progression.
