wow, you guys use some funny measurements over there. if you had liters you'd do this in no time
u gotta multiply 151 by 8 to get total ounces, then look up how many ounces in a quart and then divide by that.
i don't know what an ounce or a quart is, so i can't run the numbers for ya
edit:
i see above 8 oz = 1 cup and 4 cup = quart
so we have a quart = 4 x 8 = 32 oz
how many oz for 151 dinners = 151 x 8 = 1208 oz
1208 divide by 32 = 37.75 so that's answer b)

I'm in England, where there are 20 ounces ( of water, but soup will be more or less the same) to a pint, and 2 pints to a quart. So, over here, there are 40 ounces in a quart. 151 customers at 8 oz each will require 1208 oz in total, and 1208/40 = 30 and one fifth quarts.
If you are dealing with a multiple-choice question, it looks like you Canadians have succumbed to the US gallon, instead of our more generous Imperial version. There are only 16 oz to the US gallon, so 32 oz to a US quart. 151 people will still need 1208 oz, so you will need 1208 oz, which is 1208/32 quarts. That is 37 and three quarters quarts - answer (B).
If there were only 16 oz to the pint over here, there would be riots in the pubs, where we buy beer by the pint!

First Multipfy 8 oz * 151= 1208 oz. Remember that 1 quart = to 32 fl oz. Then 1208 divided by 32 fl oz = to 37.75. The answer is B
