In Las Vegas My wife run the cleaning end of our construction company, by the way, the first licensed company in the City.

We changed by the hour per person on a job like this due to variables in the work.
All tools used like shampooers, stem vacs and power washers for aporns, drives etc, were a straight $50.00 per each per day. They paid for dumpsters $390.00 per month or min. $190.00 and $20.00 per day after that, Silver State regulated that. I changed at that time $15.00 per person per hour and paid them $8.00 per hour. All cleaning materials were charged. This was twelve years ago. Make percentage changes for today. I hope it helps.
