cleaning this really can be fairly simple and straight forward. When I’m finished using it, I unplug it from the mains (obviously) and allow it to cool down for about twenty minutes, or until I can lift it without risk of doing myself serious injury. I put it on the side of the sink, allowing the mains cord to fall down past the work tops so that this doesn’t get wet. I then get a kettle of boiling water and slowly pour the boiling water over the top and bottom grill plates. When this is done soon after use, it removes the majority of the grease and dirt, so that all that remains to be done is a quick wipe over with a damp cloth.

For stubborn dirt, there is a plastic spatula type implement included that can be used to scrape off the worst of the dirt, and then the same ritual can be followed with boiling or very hot water.

Goo Gone makes an incredible grill cleaning product. I had never heard of it but I had used regular Goo Gone to remove sticky messes. The Goo Gone for grills comes in a black trigger spray bottle. It costs about 4.99 and is worth every penny. My grill looks brand new. I found it by accident in the oven cleaner aisle.

Hope this Helps!

The same way you'd clean your appliances. If it's hard coming off use some "Easy-Off"
