Help! I cant find where the swamp serpent is in the bogshot swamp in neopets: the darkest faerie.?

Ok, I don't own this game, and I've never even played it. I looked it up on GameFAQs.com, and I found some walkthroughs that may be of help. The link below takes you to the list of walkthroughs, or FAQs, as they're called on GameFAQs.

I got this excerpt from the first walkthrough on the list. This excerpt starts right after you've gotten the second Bogberry:

"Once you’ve picked up the berry, there’ll be a cut scene similar the one earlier in which you can see something slithering through the muck.

Once that’s over, jump down into the shallow water (if you’re standing on the bridge facing the raised land mass, it’s to your right), and you should see some lights off in the distance. Walk towards them, and you’ll eventually come to another stone structure that’s smaller than the other one. There’ll be a Save Point in it, so take advantage.

Once you’ve saved, head forward and skip across the pieces of wood. All I can say is, get ready for a boss fight."
