it sells for like 80 someting and people are dying for it, whats the big red deal?

seriously, have any of you taken a good look at this toy, or even that new one... demonic.... that's the only way to describe these things.

It has been a big thing since the first Elmo. I think people just look at him as a cute little toy that is fun for the kids. Thats really it and all I can think of right now.

I admit that the Tickle Me Elmo is way more amusing than I thought it would be and the babies love it, but it isn't that great. I wouldn't even think of paying that much for it.

I think parents try to get their children these things to make up for something that they wanted as a child and could not get.

Its a very hard to find toy. They only shipped like 1 case per store in september. Now there is no more shipments until christmas time. The first day it sold for 350 bucks on ebay. Its a rare toy.

I don't get it either. I honestly think it's a toy that a kid is going ot play with for 10 maybe 15 minutes and then put on a shelf and never look at it again.

He irons, cleans, sweeps, and does heavy lifting around the house. For a one-time payment of $80 it's actually a steal.

good question! my daughter liked hers cause it shook.. there has to be a better selling point though.
