Much depends on it's placement, such as what house it's it in and whether there are any negative or positives aspects connected to it. In a positive placement, Mars in Scorpio can be very energetic, determined, fearless and passionate. On a negative side, it can be secretive, reckless, angry and given to excess with sex, drugs and alcohol.

Mar can not be in Scorpio ever. Mars is a planet, orbiting our local star, the Sun. Scorpio is a constellation, a chance alignment of stars thousands of light years away, that have no objective grouping and form only a visual illusion of proximity to imaginative viewers from the earth.
