A man has a wife that he wants to divorce ,but since she just got an operation, he's waiting. His he an asshole if he is sleeping with other women before getting divorced. He cannot have sex with her because of what she s going true. So what do you think about it?

He is not divorced therefore he is commiting adultery. He may be using the operation as an excuse as to why he isnt already divorced.
