Laying her on her left side (that works for everyone)
Lay her face down over your lap and pat her back
Lay her on her back on your lap and gently bring her knees to her chest
Burp her on you shoulder
Peace!

My daughter was also a preemie and had the same problem. It turned out to be yet another side effect of Acid reflux. Which is common among preemies.

Try just massaging her belly (clockwise I think), bicycling her legs or doing the colic drop (hold her securely upright and drop down to a squat - if YOU are healed enough to do that, otherwise get someone else to do it) Also apparently rubbing the top of their head will make them burp.
Gripe water works great and they say you can use it from birth, however I did not think it safe to use it for my baby until he was three months and he was full term. Your call though, I love gripe water and I have always taken it myself.
