If your home is in foreclosure you can move out of it any time you want...But you are living rent free for right now so why the hurry?....The redemption period is just the 30-60 (typical) days the mortgage lender HAS to give you to to "redeem" your mortgage...So if you have no intention or ability to do that...Feel free to move when ever you like..

You could but you should sell the home so that you can at least get some money back. I attempted to send you an email because I work for a mortgage banker who can help you. Feel free to email me and I'll be more than happy to give you his number/email address or vice versa. I wish you all the best of luck!!

Yes you can. You can stay until the Confirmation of sheriff's sale, which occurs after the redemption period has passed. But there is nothing that prevents you from moving out early.

Yes you can. Actually up untill the closing of who ever purchases the home at the auction you can retrieve your home. Depending on the amount of equity that is in the property you may want to refinance, if there is little equity I would suggest you sell. The forclosure will show up on you credit report but it will not be as bad as if the bank ceases the property. feel free to contact me at 866 530 7300 ext 7305 or by email at jfreeman@justgtealoan.net

Yes, you can move. I would also suggest you try to sell your home for what's left on the loan, taxes, utility bills, try to walk away owing nothing. You credit
is at stake now. Check w/ foreclosure company. I wish I could help you out.

Try to sell your home first. You may have to accept a lower price. Find a good realtor to help you.
