Every few weeks I get an immediate stabbing pain in my left breast. It feels like a muscle spasm. It happens in a split second, and waits another couple of weeks. What do you think it could be?

I haven't been working out. And by the way, I really don't think it could be a sign of a heart attack. I can't even drink yet, and i'm not overweight.

I had this problem. too!
I really thought it was something with my heart...
I went to doctor and he said that was just a result on stress and overworking (overstudying)... So, he said that the best thing is just relax and go to the gym to energize there...
I did that...
I started to go to the gym: not so often and i didn't work out very much...But, it helped..
And, i started to eat a little less (but i didn't eat too much, just though to let you know :) )...and because of that i begun to feel lighter and all pains gone...
Hope, that will help at least a little bit :)
Hope that nothing serious with you
Take care

I think it is probably growing pains since you are not yet even old enough to drink. That happens during puberty while you are still growing and developing to have stabbing pains that come on quickly. It is also common to have them come intermitently. A heart attack would be felt more in the left arm as well as the chest and wouldn't go away for a couple of weeks.

certainly sounds like a muscles spasm to me. Often people center their stressors in one area of the body, mine happens to be just left of my right shoulder blade. I suspect that this area of your left breast is where your body expresses built up stress. It is definitely not heart related, and I could go into a very long explanation of why it isn't, but don't really want to spend so much time doing so. Trust me, it's not that.
