In my humble opinion having worked in the business before the only one on your list that would have any Draw in taking on The Boogeyman would be the Undertaker, but it also would end up killing The Boogeyman's gimmick at the same time.
If I were to book him in Wrestlemania his match would have to last longer than 5 minutes and would have to be against someone he could terrorize. Seeing as the feud with Booker T and Sharmell was never resolved due to Boogeyman being injured, I'd say book that match.

The Boogeyman shouldn't even be on WrestleMania 23. He was a waste of space at WrestleMania 22, and he'll be a waste of space next year.

I personally think that it should a handicap match with the brothers of destruction (Undertaker and Kane) versus the Boogeyman.
