The look in their eyes for intelligence; and if you see someone whose mouth fades into their neck, and their eyebrows and hair line are about the same level, that's pretty obvious, too.

Hm... I try to stay away from quick judgements like that because they always end up biting me in the as*s... I try to keep an open mind, but sometimes after hearing the person talk, I can't help but think certain thoughts.... I just can't get rid of that bad habit.

No I have never done that. I can really only tell if someone is intelligent or stupid once they speak.

I'm afraid I do that. I am quite ashamed to admit that I always make a judgement about people the moment I meet them. Having said that though, I am very rarely wrong!
