Sometimes they ask you why do you want to work for that company and what do you expect from them or how much do you think you can grow there. they basically want to know YOU aside from what is stated in your resume.

Just remember that we truly have no way of knowing what they will ask. But here are some possible questions.

1) When you have multiple projects from multiple supervisors on your desk, how do you determine which job to work on first?
2) A person your boss does not want to speak with, is dropping by unannounced. How do you get rid of the person so they don't take up your boss' time?
3) What are your strengths on the computer?
4) What is the most difficult project you have ever taken on?
5) The office busybody has just come up to you and asked you for confidential information. She's good at reading nonverbal cues. If you give her the wrong body language, she will make an assumption and spread the information around the office. How do you shut her down?
