Go up the Stratosphere tower. The elevators go at 30 miles per hour and your ears pop. There is an indoor and outdoor viewing gallery with fantastic views. It is so tall you can see helicopters flying beneath you. For those with a strong stomach there's also a couple of roller coaster rides right at the top of the tower in the open air. Not an option if you suffer from Vertigo.
Also you must visit Caesar's Palace. It's my fave casino. You'll love Las Vegas, it's like Disneyland for adults.

Las Vegas is just a town that's anything for anyone therefore discover it with hotelbye . Las Vegas is just a city with good attractions and one particular could be the famous Las Vegas Strip; where tourists can enjoy a walk in the hot desert morning, or have a stroll downtown and view a spectacular mild reveal that spans an entire road, the Fremont Street Experience. Guests can also get a view of incredible earth famous re-creations like erupting volcanoes, the Eiffel Tower and the Sphinx of Egypt in front of the various accommodations and casinos. Las Vegas is really a city that consistently reinvents it self, therefore even though you have now been here before you'll never come to an end of enjoyment items to do.

Your best to stay on the strip as that is where all the action is and taxis backwards and forwards from an off strip hotel can be expensive, taxi drivers in Vegas will take you the long way round and rip you off. Fremont Street at night is well worth a visit, but in the day time is fairly dreary. Check out the vans on the strip that sell cheap tickets for shows, you save lots of dollars. Take advantage of the coupons in the hotels as well, they are a great money saver. Its an amazing place with fun morning, noon and night. Have a great time.

Well if you've been to Vegas before and done the adult experience you should have an idea of what not to do. You know like no strip clubs, brothels and don't let the kid view any of the fliers that are passed out on the street no matter how innocent the person looks handing them out. Other suggestions - If you can help it don't go on the weekend. Go during the weekday and you will see an abundance of other families there. And a nicer more respectable crowd in general. - The earlier the show again the better the crowd. - There is ample shopping to do in Vegas and all the casinos have arcades. The flashing lights and noise are sure to capture the little ones attention. - If your not acclimated to the weather like me, (chances are neither is a 1year old)I would plan all activities for early morning (before noon) or in the evening. Of course if you want the little guy to sleep soundly at night go out earlier and let him get tired. - I would suggest all the hourly shows that the casinos have in the evening, as they're free. - As far as hotels go choose one with a theme. Excalibur, Treasure Island, Circus Circus, etc. These have more options available for entertainig children then say The Luxor, Flamingo etc.

head downtown. the fremont street Expierience and the hotels that line it are the original Vegas icons. a lot of history there.
looking for an adventure and have your shots... Wander off the expieriece and further down to the real downtown. the Western, The El Cortez (once owned by Bugsy and his pals)
The main street station has a 75 foot section of the berlin wall in the men's bathroom.

Check out the Glitter Gulch (aka Fremont Street Experience). On the huge canopy overlooking the sidewalk, they have computerized animated graphics set to music at night-time.
