mine did the same thing last week, I spent hours on the phone to BT somewhere in India, I am married to an Indian guy so no racist remarks from me....however, I couldn't understand a bloo** word he was saying, I told him all I could and thankfully was transferred for another half hour to an Indian speaking woman, no better, they gave me a number to call and said it was a problem with the equiptment and to contact whoever sold it to me,I told them it was BT which was why I was calling etc, etc, etc, so, they tested(they said) and told me to get a person out to look at my PC as it was this at fault not their wireless, etc, etc, etc,..luckily for me, the guy who fixes my PC is an honest chap, I called him and told him etc, and he said I should just disconnect all wires from my wireless thing and leave for half hour, reconnect and see if it works, and it did!! apparantly if you do this a signal will be searched for... try it, it saved me money and it saved me having to talk to impossible people again...why do we use BT?????

something hit the built in firewall and it has closed all ports to secure the network. Power cycling the device usually solves the problem.
