No.
There are two airports that have Glasgow in their name, Glasgow and Glasgow Prestwick.
If you land at Glasgow Airport, the quickest way is to take the Scottish Citylink coach service 905 from the main building. Alight at George Square, about fifty yards from Queen Street Station. On weekdays, service 905 operates every ten minutes during the day, every fifteen minutes in the early evening and every thirty minutes from then until midnight. The journey time is offically 25 minutes, but allow 40 minutes in the peak.
If you land at Prestwick Airport, take Stagecoach Express service X77 from the main building. Alight at Buchanan Bus Station and it is a eight minute walk down the hill to Queen Street Station. The X77 operates every half hour for most of the day (hourly in early evenings and daytime Sunday.) Additional coaches in the peak. Takes fifty minutes during the day and an hour in the peak.
If you opt to go by train, you have a long walk either over the bridge across the A79 at Prestwick to access Prestwick Airport Station or a climb up the stairs onto the viaduct at Paisley Gilmour Street station PLUS a walk from Central Station to Queen Street Station in Glasgow. (Those who advocate using the trains conveinentally "forget" these little details!)

there's two airports in Glasgow. Prestwick and Glasgow International.
If you're coming from Prestwick, you can get a train from there to Glasgow Central. Then it's just a bus ride or 5 minute walk to Queen Street.
If you're coming from Glasgow International, you can get a bus from the airport to Paisley Gilmore Street, then a train to Glasgow Central, then a walk or a bus ride to Queen Street
www.spt.co.uk should be able to help you plan your journey.

Glasgow Central to Prestwick Airport. There's a walkway connecting the station to the airport terminal. If you have flight tickets then the fare is cheaper than buying them on the train, just show your flight ticket at the ticket counter.

Glasgow Prestwick International Airport is 32 miles from the Glasgow Queen Street railway station. Here are the directions:
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=Glasgow+Prestwick+International+Airport,+Prestwick,+KA9+2PL+to+Dundas+Street,+Glasgow&sll=55.484593,-4.600267&sspn=0.063419,0.159645&ie=UTF8&z=10&ll=55.724017,-4.384918&spn=0.504265,1.288147&om=1
The airport web site says that you can get a 50% discount on the rail fare to anywhere in Scotland from the airport. There is a railway station at the airport, so you don't need to go to Glasgow Queen Street to get on the railway.
