From reading everyone else answers you guys forgot to rate Nextel.
Ive been with Nextel for two years now and they are pretty alright. Sometimes the service sucks and in many places it will drop your call.
The best thing about them is their free national incoming which means if anyone calls you from anywhere it is free. Any time and day.
Another good thing about them is they will honor any adjustments for any reason. I have three phones with them and if one of the phone is not working well they will give you a new one for free. They will also replace any damage parts on the phone.
I had my i860 stolen and they gave me the same phone back for free.
There alright. But I am working on going to Cingular. Better coverage in New York because my husband builds their towers.

I had all four major carriers! This is what I think from each of them:
Sprint - has good service, but their Representatives lack of intelligence. They will transfer you from dept to dept.
Verizon - FANTASTIC SERVICE! but they are very pricey! If their is an error on the bill, they will not credit you back! This happened to me more then 4 times!
Cingular - They say their raising the bar, but they aren't! You lose service even going in a house! And they will over charge you.
T-Mobile - Best customer service in the nation; good reception depending where you live; they recently exceeded Sprint, so they are the 3rd largest in the nation; they are expanding by 2007 they will be exceeding Verizon Wireless; Best minutes gives you unlimited text messages for self $15 and for the whole family $20

I totally recommend T-Mobile, they have the best customers service and best service plans! T-Mobile provides a service called "myfaves" which is really neat. Go on their website and explore the many services they provide! And make sure they have towers near you, you can find out by going on there website! You will enjoy their services like I am! BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD!!! They really treat you like a customer!

tmobile but u have 2 make sure they have towers in your area. good luck trying to find the right phone service!
