My lawn mower overheated and i dont know what kind of oil to put in it?

30 WT MOTOR OIL.

If this is a four stroke engine I'd use 30 or 40 weight oil but, if it overheated and froze, you might have more problems than oil.

most small engines take a straight 30 weight oil. They now recommend the synthetic ones, but both work.
